Enter your order number and select the item(s) you want to return or exchange.
Choose the reason for your return from the list provided.
We review and approve most requests within 24 hours, then arrange free pickup.
Once we receive the item, our team inspects it to confirm it meets the return conditions.
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days, or your exchange ships right away.
Refund method: Refunds are issued to your original payment method, or as store credit if you prefer.
Processing time: 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
Bank processing: Bank transfers may take an additional 10–15 business days to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges: Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Size or color exchange: Free exchange for a different size or color of the same item, subject to availability.
Different item: You may exchange for a different product of equal or higher value.
Price difference: Pay the difference for a higher-priced item; lower-priced items are refunded the difference.
Shipping: We cover shipping on your first exchange; subsequent exchanges may incur a delivery charge.
